RETURN PROCEDURE
The following factors should be taken into consideration in return transactions.
1-Return must be requested within half a working day after the delivery of the order.
2-There is no return for the product specially made by the customer.
3-Package, vase and products must not be damaged.
If these elements are met, you can return your product.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Order Cancellation request must be made before the delivery of the order. Order cancellation is not possible for the shipped product.
